Now this looks like FUN
posted on Apr 09, 2010This wedding was a wonderful, fun affair. Look at the tremendous vibrant colors - the bride chose short, flirty hot pink dresses for her fun-loving bridesmaids, and the men obliged by sporting a hot pink boutonniere on their lapels.
Bride and Groom are both from the LBI area, and wanted their wedding to be all about their style, tastes and love of the beach and family. This ceremony took place on the beach, just off the Pearl Street Pavilion in Beach Haven. This is one of the most popular spots on LBI for a beach wedding because of its ease of parking, easy beach access, and comfortable seating in the pavillion close to the ceremony location.
This late May day started off cool, cloudy, but even a sudden torrential shower couldn't dampen the cocktail hour. The mood was festive and buoyant, with the happy couple and many of their guests moving on to other area night clubs after the reception at the Ketch, to continue the celebration.
Sometimes, it's just about letting to of what you expect, and enjoying what you've got!
Then, everything ends up just perfect.
